Cancellation Policy

To ensure a quality and timely service, we work with appointments only and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment (full session, touch-up, or maintenance). Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in some extra charges or forfeiture of the treatment session. After skipping a session without 24-hour notice, we may require the service charge before booking the next appointment.

Body Bliss Beyond Refund Policy

In our pursuit of excellence we offer our clients the highest quality care and adhere to strict scheduling guidelines therefore once services are paid we will not be able to offer refunds.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellation and at that time you’ll be offered a credit for the dollar amount paid to be used within 30 days of your cancellation.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.

Refund Policy

We understand that you may have to ask for a refund under certain circumstances. Please note that any deposits made to secure a treatment session are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as The Body Bliss Beyond sets aside resources for that treatment session. If you have purchased a package with a certain package and multi-area discounts and would like to return the unused portion of your package, the treatment sessions you have received will be priced off of per session prices, and any remaining portion of your payment can be exchanged with other services at any time.

Website Privacy Policy

The Body Bliss Beyond and its affiliated organizations (“The Body Bliss Beyond” or “we,” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to its Web site. Our goal is to maintain compliance with the highest standards of Web site privacy so our visitors may comfortably and safely use the site for various information needs.

What do we collect?

Our system routinely collects information about Web site visitors’ origin and site navigation. This information is used only to help us modify the site based on use patterns and is not linked to any personal identifying information. In this process, The Body Bliss Beyondmay utilize “cookies.” A “cookie” is a text file placed on the browser of Web site visitors to identify Web site use patterns. If users do not wish to have any “cookies” attached to their browser, they may disable cookies through their browser or Internet service company.

The only persons using collected Web site access information are The Body Bliss Beyondemployees. If a visitor submits additional identifying information (as noted above), that information is available only to The Body Bliss Beyondstaff.

The Body Bliss Beyonddoes not sell, share or release information about Web site users to any third parties. Personal information about individual Web site users, as submitted as part of a service or information request, will not be shared in any way without specific consent from the user. However, we may disclose information when legally compelled to do so.

Why do we collect information?

Information about Web site use patterns will be utilized by The Body Bliss Beyond web team and other appropriate staff to modify and enhance the Web site. Identifying individual information (such as name, email, and address) will be used only as requested by the visitor.

The Body Bliss Beyond Web site offers opportunities to communicate with our staff by email. Because normal email is not encrypted, the possibility exists that unauthorized individuals may intercept email messages with The Gaia MD. We are not responsible for the privacy of email messages, except those stored in our system.
